REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for fabrics that have been cut and purchased due to a change of mind or incorrect selection. Please make sure to read all item descriptions carefully and enquire about the specifics of a material when unsure. You can sample materials where possible for when colour, weight and drape are of significant importance.
If we have sent you an incorrect or faulty item to that which was ordered, please get in touch and we will resolve the error as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING FEES & TERMS
Shipping rates are calculated upon checkout with PayPal.
These range between $8- $25 for Standard or Express post if your purchase is under $150.
Online orders over $150 are posted FREE via Standard Post.
Free shipping only applies to Australian postal addresses. International shipping is an additional fee depending on your global location.
Purchases made online are non-refundable due to change of mind or incorrect selection.
Please contact us if there is a problem with your delivery and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

SAMPLES & ADVICE
We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to tell what a fabric is really like in real life, especially when things like colour, vibrance and texture can show up differently on various computer screen monitors and their settings. We do encourage customers to enquire about particular fabrics and sample them first when possible.
Samples for fabrics that are available for sampling are sold at a minimum cut of 10cm for each fabric. You are given the option to select '0.1' for each fabric which you can add to your cart. You may add as many samples as you like to your order. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
